unless otherwise requested.

- Linux server with PHP 4.3.0 or higher and ftp access
- Flash Player 7 or higher

What size should
my photos be?
Both Fluid Galleries 2 Professional and Basic may be customized
to display your images at any pixel height from 10 to 500 pixels
with no limitation on width. Images that are uploaded with a
pixel height different from the set display height will be resized.
See layout customization area in the administration demo for
display height example.
What format should
my photos be in?
Fluid Galleries software only accepts jpeg files, in non-progressive
scan format.
How can I make
sure my website loads quickly, while keeping my image quality
high?
1. Set your Photo Height
Log into your Fluid Galleries administration page, and click
the Layout button from the top menu bar. From this page, move
your eyes to the right blue side panel and click on the General
Settings tab. Under this heading you will see a Photo Height
setting. Set this value to a pixel height that you're comfortable
with, and write down the pixel height that you selected.
2. Resize your images using Adobe Photoshop
Proportionally resample each of your photographs so that the
image's height (in pixels) matches the photo height setting
you chose in step one above. If you know how to use Adobe
Photoshop’s batch automation feature, this task can
be effortless.
3. Save your images using Adobe Photoshop
Save your newly resized images as jpgs with a compression
setting of 6. This setting removes a substantial amount of
the files size, yet maintains great visual quality.
4. Upload your Images
Done. Your images are now optimized to run quickly in your
Fluid Galleries 2 website. You are free to begin uploading
these images!.
How many
galleries can I have on my website?
Both Fluid Galleries Professional and Basic allow for approximately
15 or more galleries. Since the gallery menu runs horizontally
from left to right across your screen, the number of galleries
is limited only by your gallery name length and the screen
resolution of the viewer.
What about Meta
Data Information?
Fluid Galleries 2 Professional allows for title tags, Meta
keywords and Meta tags to be added and edited through your
administration area. Fluid Gallery 2 Basic does not include
this feature.
Can I change
the content in my custom pages?

an unlimited amount of custom pages. These pages allow you
to add text (3 fonts included), edit your text formatting,
